Our Pennsylvania high school preseason predictions continue this week with our list of five more programs we picked to watch in 2023. The programs selected on our watch list aren’t historically known to capture titles or medals every year. But, based upon our research, these teams are more than likely to cause a few drubbings of their own this upcoming season. Our first list of five (Part 1) was published last Wednesday. This is our second five out of 10 statewide teams we believe has the right talent and experience to beat the usual suspects. Within recent years, these teams began to rewrite their playbooks and have started to come up with wins. The teams are listed in alphabetical order.
