Why Misericordia? “I choose Misericordia to pursue my dream career of becoming an ultrasound technician and being able to play collegiate field hockey. Finding the opportunity to be able to do both is something I am beyond thankful for. After my time visiting Misericordia I knew it was the place for me from the positive atmosphere provided by both the university and team. The team and coaching staff were beyond welcoming and I am so excited to call it home for the next four years.”
Describe a field hockey memory you won’t forget. And, why? “A field hockey memory I will never forget is the celebrations that followed after beating our school rivals for the district champion title in 2022. The feeling of knowing all of the hard work that was put into practice by every teammate prior that week ended with a championship win was an amazing feeling. The bus ride home was spent singing and dancing to some of our favorite songs to celebrate the hard fought victory. Being escorted in by police and fire trucks while waving at everyone in town is something I will never forget.”
