Female Athlete News is offering another free viewing of ‘Game Speed,’ a digital conversation with special guests who talk about sports, rules, psychology, and more.
Our second episode is Penn State Field Hockey’s Phia Gladieux. The senior Nittany Lion shares her insights of what it’s like to be a female athlete in Happy Valley, as well as how she manages her mental health, and what it felt like to score the game-winner against Iowa last season.
