Franklin & Marshall joins the Division III college field hockey poll in week five: NFHCA

A majority of the NFHCA poll sponsored by Penn Monto settled into the same spots as last week’s poll, with the exception of newcomer Franklin & Marshall.

 

F&M is currently No. 25 after having been unranked.

 

“The NFHCA Division III National Coaches Poll is voted on by NFHCA member coaches and has no bearing on selection to the 2023 NCAA Division III Field Hockey Championship,” according to the association. “After two weeks of regular season competition, eligible teams must maintain a record of .500 or above to be eligible for ranking each week.”

 

Here are the top 25 NCAA Division III teams in week five:

23. Rowan, 6-6, previous No. 17

22. Hamilton, 7-4, previous rank No. 20

19. Wesleyan, 7-4, previous No. 21

18. Ursinus, 7-4, previous No. 16

17. The College of New Jersey, 8-3, previous No. 19
